• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy aligned with the company’s vision, including market expansion, product development, and innovation.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensure production efficiency, and maintain quality standards in line with the company’s sustainability goals.
• Sales & Marketing: Lead the marketing and sales strategy to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and market share in the eco-friendly boat industry.
• Financial Oversight: Manage financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure profitability and long-term growth. Develop financial models to support investment strategies and operations.
• Product Development: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to innovate and enhance our range of hydrogen-powered boats, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer expectations.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets. Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
• Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence.

• Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior management role, preferably in the marine industry or related sectors.
• Strong background in sustainable technologies, clean energy solutions, or manufacturing industries.
• Excellent understanding of business functions (sales, marketing, operations, and finance).
• Demonstrated experience in scaling a business, leading teams, and managing operational growth.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, forecasts, and business models.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
